To order a repeat prescription please complete the Prescription Refill Form below and press Submit. You can also submit the Repeat Prescription Form by email to prescriptions@premiersurgerythurles.ie  or print and post to Premier Surgery, Slievenamon Road ,Thurles Co Tipperary

Please allow 48 hours to process requests and longer if form is posted. The fastest and safest way to submit prescription requests is via the website.
