Premier health clinic has been in place since 1997 when Paul Ryan joined the practice. David Millman joined in 2013.The practice recently moved to its new location at the old town council offices on Sliabhnamban rd. Its doors opened on 12 Jan 2021. History has come the full circle here in that it was originally built as a surgery / residence circa 1910 where 2 generations of the Callanan family provided medical services to the citizens of Thurles. Following renovations it now returns to its original function.

Our Service’s

All consults are by appointment only. Due to social distancing there are no walk-in clinic’s. We provide equal service’s to all patient’s whether self pay or state funded.

Chronic Disease Management is free to all over 65’s and involves a twice annual assessment in the surgery. It is pre booked. Initial contact is made by text message and followed by an appointment offer.
